Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior engineering leader to define and drive the technical roadmap, while leading a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones. The role emphasizes mentorship, performance management, and collaboration with product and design teams to align priorities and deliver high-quality software.

You will promote reliability, observability, and security while advancing automation and tooling across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Post-secondary education with professional experience (associates 5+, bachelor's 4+, master's 2+, PhD) considered.
• At least 1 year of people management or technical team management experience.
• Production software development experience in languages such as C/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/Go/Ruby/Rust/Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a technical roadmap aligned with product objectives and prioritize engineering investments.
• Lead and develop a distributed engineering organization across countries and time zones.
• Facilitate cross-team communication, identify dependencies, and resolve coordination challenges.
• Develop engineers and engineering managers through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and feedback.
• Promote reliability, security, and observability through disciplined practices and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction, priorities, and progress.
• Drive automation, tooling, and standardized deployment and testing processes.
• Support system design and dependency management across complex environments.
