Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer/Tech Lead to own large-scale system design and deliver scalable, reliable software across our product and platform. You will write production-grade code in Go, Scala, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL, and mentor peers while driving best practices in testing and observability.

You will tackle performance bottlenecks in distributed environments, partner with product and design, and advance AI-enabled tooling and automation to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating production systems at scale.
• Staff Engineer or Tech Lead level leadership on complex initiatives.
• Deep expertise in system design, clean coding, debugging and solving hard problems.
• Hands-on development with Go, Scala, TypeScript, React or GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical challenges and architect scalable, reliable, and performant solutions across the product and platform.
• Write and maintain high-quality production code using Go, Scala, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
• Diagnose complex production issues across distributed systems and implement durable fixes.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled engineering techniques and automation to accelerate delivery.
• Lead through code reviews, mentoring, and strong testing practices.
• Identify and implement improvements across codebase, architecture, and developer workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency in performance, reliability, and UX.
• Share technical context and create reusable tools to unblock teammates.
• Contribute to observability, scalability, and operational excellence via logs and metrics.
