Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a technical leader to steer the engineering organization responsible for tenant-placement experiences within a large-scale rental platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager roles.
• Proven experience leading production-scale, high-availability applications.
• Experience with cloud environments and modern software practices.
• Strong product and business orientation with cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy, architecture direction, and roadmap for engineering teams.
• Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of scalable, secure, reliable systems.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance and reliability.
• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Partner with Product, TPM, and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and balance delivery with long-term health.
• Monitor engineering metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Champion CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native practices.
• Support growth of engineering capabilities and technical decision-making.
• Contribute to landlord tenant placement products and workflows.
