Qualifications

• Strong communication with tech and business leaders.
• Ability to analyze data to support decisions.
• Team management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management of AWS programs including planning and risk mitigation.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure financial benefits.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on multi-year roadmaps.
• Ensure quality execution and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Monitor program health and report status.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and roadmaps.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
