You will partner with engineering leaders to strategize multi-year roadmaps, ensure strong governance, and sustain high customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and agile experience are essential for success in a dynamic, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 yrs of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global clients.
• Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting.
• Knowledge of leading teams on projects using agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, kanban or XP, etc.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery management of multi-functional AWS programs, including planning, delivery assurance, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure programs realize financial benefits and transformational outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to strategize multi-year roadmaps for products and services.
• Maintain high-quality execution and address customer issues quickly to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate, monitor and report on program health.
• Contribute to org-wide strategies and team roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, services and technology.
• Coach and mentor team members; recruit and develop staff.
