You will drive planning, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring financial and transformational outcomes. Strong leadership, agile delivery, and cloud expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global clients.
• Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting.
• Leading teams on projects using agile methodologies (scrum/kanban/XP).
• Strong communication with technical and business leaders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data to support decisions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management of multi-functional AWS programs, including planning, delivery assurance, tracking and risk mitigation.
• Ensure programs realize financial benefits and transformational outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to strategize and execute multi-year roadmap for products, apps and services.
• Ensure quality execution and proactively resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction.
• Monitor program health and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to org-wide strategies and team roadmaps aligned with the wider organization.
• Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance environment.
• Recruit, motivate, and develop staff focused on service delivery and key KPIs.
