Qualifications

8+ years delivering digital transformation projects to global clients.
Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.
Leading teams with agile frameworks (scrum/kanban/XP).
Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
Business analysis and quantitative decision making.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
Aptitude to learn emerging trends in AI, ML, and cloud; AWS exposure adds value.
Team management experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery management of multi-functional AWS programs, including planning, delivery assurance, tracking and risk management.
Ensure programs deliver financial benefits and transformational outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering leads on multi-year roadmaps for products and services.
Ensure quality execution and resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction.
Coordinate, measure, monitor and communicate program health.
Contribute to org-wide strategies and portfolio of services.
Drive continuous improvement and transform team operations.
Coach/mentor team members and recruit skilled staff.
