Job summary

Clearsulting LLC seeks an experienced Portfolio Lead for OneStream engagements, guiding delivery from initiation to successful outcomes across client portfolios. You will manage delivery quality, client satisfaction, and project economics while coordinating across cross-functional teams.

You'll mentor consultants and analysts, drive governance and continuous improvement, and partner with Practice Leadership to align scope, budget, and staffing with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or industry roles leading finance transformation programs.
• 5+ years with end-to-end OneStream implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with delivery accountability.
• Proven ability to manage engagements at executive levels and portfolio oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Portfolio Lead across OneStream client engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations, and ensure team execution and accountability.
• Provide visibility into status, engagement economics, resources, and portfolio risk.
• Own engagement economics: scope, budget, staffing, utilization, and margins.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across functional teams to deliver integrated Finance Transformation solutions.
• Mentor consultants and drive governance, quality control and delivery improvements.
