Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Lead to oversee a diverse set of OneStream engagements in North America. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality results, managing delivery risks, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

You will partner with Practice Leadership to monitor status, resource needs, and engagement economics while driving continuous improvement in governance and delivery practices. A hybrid or remote work setup is available.

Qualifications

8+ years of consulting or industry experience leading complex finance transformation or enterprise software implementation programs.
5+ years of experience doing end-to-end OneStream implementations.
Experience serving as an Engagement Lead, Project Director, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager responsible for executive stakeholder management and portfolio oversight.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders and navigate complex delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

Serve as Portfolio Lead across a portfolio of OneStream client engagements from initiation through delivery.
Own the health of a portfolio of concurrent projects by identifying delivery risks and driving issue resolution.
Provide visibility into project status, engagement economics, resource needs, portfolio risks, and client health.
Own engagement economics across the portfolio by managing scope, budget, staffing, utilization, and margins.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and services.
Collaborate with technical, functional, and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated Finance Transformation solutions.
Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and analysts to scale delivery capabilities.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing additional OneStream capabilities.
Serve as Clearsulting's primary day-to-day relationship manager with OneStream in North America.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management and delivery operations.
