Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software products. You will guide architecture, ensure quality, and scale engineering teams to meet customer outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and collaboration with Product Management, Cloud, and Quality teams to drive reliable, secure software across the OneStream Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years delivering enterprise/SaaS software.
• 5+ years leading multiple teams or engineering managers.
• Experience with .NET, APIs, cloud deployment, CI/CD.
• Proven ability to drive delivery, quality, and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management for OneStream software products.
• Lead technical design and architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Maintain hands-on engagement through architecture reviews and debugging.
• Ensure high standards for software quality, testing, security, and performance.
• Partner with Product Management to translate business needs into technical priorities.
• Drive engineering practices across teams and production readiness.
