Ladders is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join the team as a remote role for US-based candidates. The position focuses on managing and securing a large endpoint fleet, utilizing Intune, RMM tools, and automation to drive efficiencies.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with full benefits and 401(k) matching. Responsibilities include deploying packaging, scripts, and endpoint configurations, while collaborating with vendors on endpoint technologies and refresh cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with RMM platforms (BigFix, Automox, Ivanti).
• Experience managing 1,000+ Windows endpoints.
• Expertise in packaging and deployment of applications.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of endpoint security standards and remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms.
• Support enterprise RMM solutions and network monitoring tools.
• Manage endpoint environments exceeding 1,000 devices.
• Design and deploy enterprise application packages and updates.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other technologies.
• Implement endpoint security configurations per organizational standards.
• Lead technology refreshes and collaborate with vendors on endpoint technologies.
