Job summary

Aven Hospitality is seeking a Sr Payments Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth region and nationwide remote accounts. You will drive GPV expansion, attach rate, and wallet share while leading the GTM for embedded payments within the SynXis platform.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise software, payments, or hospitality tech sales, with a proven quota-breaking track record and strong executive relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software, payments, fintech, or hospitality technology sales experience.
• Proven track record carrying and exceeding quota.
• Experience selling payment processing, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, orchestration, embedded finance, or related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Payments Revenue Growth: Own regional payments revenue, GPV growth, attach rate, and share-of-wallet targets.
• Lead Embedded Payments GTM Execution: Position Aven Payments as the default payment solution for Booking Engine, Voice Agent, and future channels.
• Activate the Existing Customer Base: Identify high-GPV opportunities and execute migration programs with Customer Success.
• Partner with Strategic Stakeholders: Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Delivery, Finance, and Success teams.
