Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM) is required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, engineering or supplier development focusing on PCBs or electrical components.
• Proficiency with RCCA and APQP/PPAP processes and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess supplier capabilities and support transitions from development to production.
• Lead quality improvement plans targeted at electronic component manufacturing processes.
• Drive supplier performance with clear metrics and accountability.
