• 6+ years in supplier development, engineering, or related leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a supplier development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead a team of supplier development engineers and ensure project success.
• Establish supplier performance standards and drive improvements.
• Drive innovation and cost-saving opportunities in supplier processes.
• Manage heat exchanger pack projects from initiation to completion.
