Honeywell is seeking a Sr Supplier Development Engineering Manager to lead supplier development initiatives ensuring quality, reliability, and performance for building automation components. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements, resolve issues, and support new product introductions.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years in supplier development or quality engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality management systems, supplier audits, and corrective action processes.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier development engineering activities to improve supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions through supplier qualification and development.
