Job summary

RC Associates is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our food & beverage team. Candidates will work remotely from anywhere in the United States while serving as the technical lead on diverse and complex electrical projects. This role offers the chance to mentor junior engineers, oversee design processes, and contribute as the Engineer of Record for multiple electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in industrial design, with a focus on fostering professional development and taking on supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience is required; 10+ years of experience is preferred.
• Licensed PE is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing large and complex electrical systems for food and beverage or industrial/manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer of Record for all electrical food & beverage projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide oversight of the design process.
• Perform QA/QC and high-level design tasks.
