Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• PE license
• 20+ years of electrical engineering experience in consulting environments
• Strong understanding of power distribution, substations, and related systems

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and design for capital and maintenance projects from concept through commissioning
• Develop and review electrical deliverables (SLDs, power distribution, equipment layouts, cable routing)
• Perform load flow, short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, and motor starting analyses
• Develop equipment data sheets, RFQs, bid evaluations
• Participate in client meetings, site walkdowns, startup activities, commissioning support
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-discipline teams
• Support proposals, scope definition, and engineering estimates
• Ensure compliance with codes and quality procedures
