Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering large enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience in EHS, quality, sustainability, or connected-worker software preferred.
• Ability to configure SaaS workflows and integrate systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to launch.
• Design and configure workflows aligned with customer processes.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders for integrations and data flows.
• Provide training and onboarding for diverse users and administrators.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve customer outcomes and efficiency.
• Document progress, risks, and decisions for leadership.
