Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics in the United States is seeking a Senior Integration Manager to lead planning, execution, and management of complex EHR and system integration projects.

You will apply deep knowledge of HL7/FHIR, Epic/Cerner, and API integrations, guide cross-functional teams, report progress to executives, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business goals.

Travel is required up to 25% between Exact Science locations and up to 10% of time away from the work location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Epic Bridges certification throughout employment in position.
• Expert knowledge of integration solutions (e.g., point-to-point, API), EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex EHR and system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate mastery of project management practices (scope, schedule, requirements, issues, risks) and drive process improvements.
• Present reports on integration progress, KPIs, and performance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance integration capabilities and scalability.
• Provide advanced guidance on integration standards and practices for product teams.
