Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Epic software certifications within 8 weeks of hire.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and vendor staff to align needs with changes.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to junior analysts and team members.
• Provide end-user support and training, and review project status with leadership.
• Be a leader in process design and documentation to improve IT operations.
• Communicate clearly with project leadership and stakeholders.
• Be flexible with on-call hours and travel as needed.
