Job summary

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) invites applications for a leadership role in its Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO). The position leads EEO Specialists and staff in planning agency-wide EEO initiatives, communicates objectives and deadlines, and reports accomplishments to the OEEO Director.

The role oversees the affirmative employment program, analyzes barriers and trends, and evaluates EEO program effectiveness. Telework eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Lead EEO initiatives and staff in planning agency-wide EEO projects
• Coach staff, arrange training, and report accomplishments to OEEO Director
• Analyze workforce data, MD-715, 462 report, and FEORP compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EEO program initiatives across the agency
• Oversee affirmative employment programs, barrier analysis, and program effectiveness
• Manage EEO complaint processing, counseling resources, and reporting
• Coordinate complaint system operations with IT staff, vendors, and EEOC representatives
• Review EEO laws and policies to assess impact on agency operations
• Develop or revise EEO policies and coordinate implementation with management
