AMZ Advisers is a digital media marketing agency focused on Amazon marketplaces. We seek an Account Manager to own client relationships, build strategies, and guide multiple seller accounts with a high level of ownership. This fully remote role offers growth opportunities and collaboration with cross-functional pods.

You will manage day-to-day account direction, strategic execution, and client success while partnering with Brand Strategists and Ads specialists to deliver results.

Qualifications

• BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or related studies.
• 2+ years with client account management.
• 2+ years digital marketing or eCommerce experience.
• 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
• Active listening and ability to understand client needs.
• Proactive, go-getter mindset and team player.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, growing to ~10 accounts with high retention.
• Build and maintain proactive client relationships through clear communication.
• Serve as primary contact, guiding clients with strategic direction.
• Set expectations and track progress across client lifecycles.
• Lead strategy calls, review performance, and align on priorities.
• Develop growth plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance in sales, traffic, and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions and marketplace initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Report progress and next steps in a clear, actionable manner.
