Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to define end-to-end business and technical solutions across the enterprise CRM landscape. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in Connecticut.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce, JDE, CPQ, Integration, Data, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions, while leading globally distributed technical teams and upholding governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise application delivery and solution architecture experience.
• 7+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience designing solutions involving multiple enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP, CPQ, customer-facing, and data management systems.
• Experience leading globally distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance processes.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture across Sales, CRM, and Power Platform.
• Define scalable, secure end-to-end solutions aligned to strategy and business priorities.
• Provide architecture governance and decision support through project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce, JDE, CPQ, Integration, Data, and Digital teams to design connected enterprise solutions.
• Define integration patterns, system interactions, and platform boundaries across CRM, ERP, CPQ, Azure, data platforms, and portals.
• Evaluate solution tradeoffs and recommend options balancing cost, risk, and business value.
• Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into practical technology solutions.
• Support business cases, roadmap planning, and technology investment decisions.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and design documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Maintain architecture roadmaps, decision logs, and technical quality reviews.
