Job summary

Endeavor4 is seeking an experienced Manager, Engineering to lead day-to-day delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management engagements. The role is senior, client-facing, and focuses on owning team performance, technical execution, and release coordination while staying hands-on with design and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or related ERP platforms.
• Experience leading engineering delivery, including development, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of X++, integrations, reporting, and technical design practices.
• Strong communication skills across technical and functional teams.
• Experience leading code reviews, design decisions, and engineering standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Owns design reviews and quality gates across design reviews and PR standards.
• Oversees delivery across X++ development, integrations, data entities, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and ER.
• Drives architecture decisions and performance optimization with leadership.
• Remains hands-on in complex design, code review, and problem solving as a player-coach.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and capability development within the team.
