Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Defense Travel System Support Specialist to support Army INSCOM HQ at Fort Belvoir, VA. This on-site role requires active TS/SCI clearance and deep DTS/ODTA expertise, with daily responsibilities across DTS and GTC administration.

You will perform desk-side and remote support, process personnel in DTS, ensure proper approvals, and contribute to monthly reporting and training efforts to sustain mission readiness for defense

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance, verifiable in DISS or Scattered Castle.
• Minimum of 2 years of DTS ODTA support experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree.
• Five additional years of DTS ODTA experience and Travel Certificate Program Certification may substitute for an associate degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial Management Regulations (FMR), and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) regulations.
• Strong communication skills to interface with senior military and civilian officials.

Responsabilidades

• Review DTS transactions and provide desk-side, help desk, email, and phone support for DTS technical assistance and travel-related needs.
• Process newly assigned and departing personnel in DTS and provide related administrative support.
• Ensure appointing officials and reviewers are properly appointed per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation to recommend funding alignment to Lines of Accounting in DTS.
• Review and process incoming DTS authorizations and vouchers for validation.
• Assist LDTA in maintaining DTS administration and travel expenditure accounting.
• Process GTC personnel, create/modify CitiDirect profiles, and assist with GTC maintenance.
• Provide desk-side, email, and phone GTC support as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports and coordinate DTS training.
