Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract processes, automate workflows, and integrate systems.

The role is remote in the U.S. with an emphasis on enterprise-level delivery and best-practice implementations. Strong CLM configuration, data governance, and API experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Proficient in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic HTML knowledge for eForm and email templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management including migrations and metadata.
• Create user-friendly forms using HTML and DocuSign CLM features.
• Configure CLM admin settings to optimize performance.
• Integrate CLM with systems via CLM connector and API framework (e.g., Salesforce).
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
