Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant for designing, implementing, and optimizing CLM solutions. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contract processes, automate workflows, manage integrations, and enhance the contract lifecycle experience.

The role is remote with eligibility for applicants in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding regions; visa transfer/sponsorship is not available. You will lead CLM demonstrations, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

• Must have experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system “eForm” as well as email template development.
• Basic proficiency in C# programming (relevant within CLM workflow development).
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts.
• Preferred experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within larger teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present and lead client facing interactions and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration and metadata management.
• Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize performance.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems via CLM connector and API framework.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
• Collaborate with DocuSign support for best practice implementations.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates for reliability and security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
• Participate in template and workflow reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with latest DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
