Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CLM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline contract processes and automate workflows.

The role involves CLM configuration, data governance, repository management, and system integrations, with emphasis on security, reliability, and user experience. Remote position open to qualified US applicants; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development and template creation.
• Basic HTML knowledge for system eForm and email templates.
• Basic C# programming within CLM workflows.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST concepts.
• Preferred experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration and metadata management.
• Create user-friendly forms using HTML and CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings to optimize performance.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems via CLM connector and API.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
