Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CLM solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contracts, automate workflows, and integrate CLM with ERP/CRM ecosystems.

The role emphasizes hands-on CLM configuration, governance, and API integrations, with remote work flexibility for qualified applicants in the United States. This position includes opportunities to mentor junior consultants and lead client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration.
• Proficient in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system “eForm” as well as email template development.
• Basic proficiency in C# programming (relevant within CLM workflow development).
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes to ensure organized document management.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration, metadata management, and system integration.
• Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features to enhance user experience.
• Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize performance and productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems using CLM connector and CLM API framework (e.g., Salesforce CRM/CPQ).
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations of system development during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices and development techniques.
• Stay updated with DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
