Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contracts, automate workflows, and manage integrations to improve contract management.

The role emphasizes CLM configuration, data governance, and enterprise-level delivery. This remote position is open to qualified applicants in the United States, with a focus on supporting flexible work arrangements while maintaining strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Must have experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development, template creation, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system eForm and email template development.
• Basic proficiency in C# programming.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes to ensure organized document management.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration, metadata management, and system integration.
• Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features to enhance user experience.
• Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize performance and productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems using CLM connector and API framework, e.g., Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
• Collaborate with DocuSign support teams for best practice implementation.
• Maintain system reliability and security through regular maintenance updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
• Participate in template and workflow reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with latest DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
