Job summary

Energy Point Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst for project-based, remote work as a 1099 contractor. The role requires independence, strong lease interpretation skills, and a proven track record in the oil and gas industry across multiple states.

You will analyze title documents, compute GWI/NRI/GNRI with high precision, and communicate findings to royalty owners and stakeholders while collaborating with client and EPC teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level Division Order Analyst experience.
• Advanced lease interpretation and division order calculation skills.
• Experience with TX, NM, ND, OK, MT, OH, PA assets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze title documents, leases, and plats for accuracy.
• Calculate and verify GWI, NRI, and GNRI precisely.
• Communicate ownership findings to royalty owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client and EPC teams to meet project milestones.
• Ensure data is clean, complete, and audit-ready.
• Resolve complex title and ownership issues across multi-state, operated assets.
