Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level Division Order Analyst experience in operated wells.
• Advanced understanding of lease interpretation and division order calculations.
• Experience with assets in TX, NM, ND, OK, MT, OH, PA.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and accountability.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze title documents, leases, and drilling plats for accuracy.
• Calculate and verify GWI, NRI, and GNRI with precision.
• Communicate ownership findings to royalty owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client and EPC teams to meet project milestones.
• Ensure data and deliverables are clean, complete, and audit-ready.
• Resolve complex title and ownership issues across multi-state assets.
