Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make timely, accurate long-term disability claim decisions on moderately to highly complex claims.
• Document and manage claims using approved procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide empathetic customer service and clear communication with claimants and employers.
• Mentor teammates and support team initiatives while handling other related duties.
