Responsibilities

• Make timely, accurate LTD claim decisions on moderately to highly complex claims.
• Document the claims in the system and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide empathetic customer service and build trust with claimants and employers.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to team initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.
