Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to lead complex lease transactions, provide mentorship to Transaction Managers, and deliver strategic advisory support for a major client account.

You will oversee budgets, cash flow, reporting, and RFPs, while building strong client relationships and coordinating with Analysts and broker partners nationwide to optimize occupancy cost and terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of CRE experience, including 2-4 years in a Transaction Manager or comparable role.
• Proven transaction management with contract review and lease/purchase negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting implications of transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, collaboration, organization, and process management skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence and data analytics effectively.
• Outstanding client service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client contact on assigned transactions and provide strategic guidance.
• Independently manage lease transactions of varying complexity with high proficiency.
• Develop customized reports, dashboards, and analytics for account needs.
• Coordinate with broker partners nationally and ensure adherence to client standards.
• Oversee site selection, LOIs, and RFP processes; prepare senior management packages.
• Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluate alternatives.
• Mentor Transaction Managers and share best practices across the team.
