Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma Corporation seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead the U.S. Patient Support Services.

You will define the strategy, design the operating model, and oversee implementation across access, affordability, adherence, and education programs to ensure timely therapy access. You will drive launch readiness, partner with hubs, pharmacies, and vendors, and collaborate across Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet regulatory and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in patient services, market access, reimbursement, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Experience designing and leading patient support programs and launch readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic vision, operating model, and execution plan for U.S. Patient Support Services.
• Build and operationalize patient support programs for access, reimbursement, affordability, adherence, and education.
• Lead launch readiness planning to ensure capabilities, infrastructure, vendors, and reporting are in place before commercialization.
• Establish relationships with patient support hubs, pharmacies, copay administrators, and vendor partners and oversee performance management.
