Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery (Telecom) to lead end-to-end telecom delivery for a global client portfolio. This remote role drives predictable execution, governance, and partnership with C-suite executives to translate delivery capabilities into growth and revenue.

You will shape strategic roadmaps, guide a distributed global team, and advance delivery maturity through process improvements, innovation, and best practices across complex telecom programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership with multi-tower program management experience.
• Experience managing large accounts ($30M+) using diverse delivery models.
• Proficiency in telecom systems engineering, including CPQ and OSS/BSS flows.
• Familiarity with Netcracker, Amdocs, AWS, and Google Cloud for telecom.
• Strong reporting skills with tools like Tableau and Jira.
• Exceptional executive-grade communication abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Delivery (Telecom) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee end-to-end telecom delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring predictable execution and strong governance.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior executives, shape strategic roadmaps, and translate delivery capability into growth and revenue opportunities.

You will also lead a distributed global team while driving process improvement, innovation, and delivery maturity across a complex client environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
