Job summary

Parsec Automation Corp. is seeking a Technical Trainer to join the Technical Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Technical Enablement.

The role leads instructor-led TrakSYS bootcamps for staff, partners, and customers, initially virtual with expansion to in-person sessions as the program grows. The position requires facilitation skills and technical fluency, with responsibilities spanning content revision, live troubleshooting, and collaboration with SMEs to ensure accuracy as the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience facilitating technical training for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating training virtually and in person.
• Technical fluency to configure and troubleshoot an enterprise app.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual instructor-led TrakSYS bootcamp sessions, expanding to in-person delivery.
• Learn the bootcamp's simulations and guide learners through the plant experience with unscripted questions.
• Manage learner experience across cohorts, including pre-work, pacing, and labs.
• Provide office hours and live Q&A with SME support.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to certify additional facilitators.
• Revise modules based on feedback and product releases.
• Coordinate peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy.
• Create and maintain instructor-led content, presentations, guides, and labs.
• Continue expanding knowledge of TrakSYS and manufacturing sector.
