Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Talent to lead global talent acquisition for a fast-growing consumer technology leader in Denver, CO. You will shape strategy, balance workforce planning with hands-on leadership, and drive data-driven and AI-enabled recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders, strengthen employer brand, and expand LATAM recruiting including Santiago, Chile, while remaining hands-on with day-to-day hiring activities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting teams across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in LATAM and familiarity with the regional talent landscape.
• Expertise in data analytics to improve recruiting strategies.
• Familiarity with AI and technology-driven recruiting practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global talent acquisition function by developing a comprehensive hiring strategy.
• Partner with organizational leaders to align talent needs with recruiting efforts.
• Balance hiring speed, cost, and quality using sound business judgment.
• Use data and metrics to improve recruiting performance and hiring outcomes.
• Integrate innovative technology and AI into recruiting processes.
• Develop recruiting strategies for LATAM markets, including Santiago, Chile.
• Strengthen employer brand recognition to attract top talent.
• Remain actively involved in day‑to‑day recruiting operations while driving long‑term strategy.
