Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed research on the surety underwriting market to inform policy decisions.
• Analyzes portfolio performance and develops actions to drive growth.
• Manages underwriting processes of regional office staff and improves efficiency.
• Leads agency segmentation and develops targeted marketing plans for Premier and Partner agents.
• Coordinates with underwriting leaders to train associates and ensure proficiency.
