BlackLine seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Solution Advisory to scale solution consulting and shape the GTM for our Forward-Deployed Advisory practice. You will lead senior advisors embedded in top-tier pursuits, guiding CAOs, CIOs, and CFOs through discovery and target-state architectures, driving automation roadmaps.

You will mentor a high-caliber team, partner with Sales leadership, and standardize consultative processes across global deals, aligning with ERP ecosystems and modern finance

Qualifications

• Academic credentials in accounting/finance/MIS and advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership in enterprise SaaS solution advisory or pre-sales.
• Deep ERP/finance domain knowledge and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize Forward-Deployed Advisory GTM within the org.
• Lead and mentor a senior advisory team across strategic pursuits.
• Partner with C-suite on flagship deals and establish credibility.
• Institute global standards for discovery and solution architecture.
