This highly visible leadership role defines and executes customer strategies to accelerate long-term growth. You will own C-suite relationships, influence investment and roadmaps, and lead cross-portfolio growth via Honeywell's technologies, software, and services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in semiconductor strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record with large multinational accounts and senior executives.
• Strong skills in complex negotiations and enterprise engagements.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships with major semiconductor customers across North America.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Position Honeywell as a trusted strategic partner and innovation leader.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Honeywell solutions and services.
• Deliver revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead global account teams across Sales, Engineering, PM, Marketing, and R&D.
