Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Risk Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management framework and reporting to executives and the Board.
• Oversee insurance programs, captive strategies, and risk financing initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance to embed risk considerations into projects and decisions.
• Manage surety, claims, and contractual risk transfer activities across programs.
• Develop and maintain KRIs, dashboards, and risk assessments for the company.

Education
