Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Senior Director of Research Technology to define and execute the technology product strategy for the Research and Home Care divisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that support global clinical trials and deliver improved client outcomes.

The role leads a team of product managers, oversees system selections (CTMS, eISF, eSource, telehealth), ensures GxP compliance, and drives adoption through strong product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Biological Science or equivalent on job work experience required.
• 8+ years in healthcare and/or life sciences industry preferred.
• 5+ years managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, eTMF, Safety Database, SAS, QMS and ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications required.
• Prior SQL/Relational Database experience preferred.
• Service oriented, proactive and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for research technology with a customer-centric focus.
• Lead market analysis to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Engage with industry conferences and thought leadership initiatives.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, aligning development with user value.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of research technology systems.
• Ensure interoperability between systems and drive user adoption through effective product positioning.
• Establish robust operational processes for deployment, management, and support.
• Ensure full GxP compliance across technology systems and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for optimal value.
• Develop and manage the research technology budget and participate in RFPs.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team and support global expansion.
