Professional Case Management (PCM) seeks a leader to define and execute the technology product strategy for its Clinical Research and Home Care divisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, drive new features, and champion customer-centric product lifecycle initiatives across global trials.

You will guide the Information Systems department’s vision to build or buy solutions, ensuring alignment with business leaders and end-users, while expanding PCM’s

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong healthcare/life sciences background.
• 8+ years in healthcare or life sciences; 5+ years in large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with clinical applications (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, Safety Database, SAS, QMS, ERP).
• Knowledge of GCP and QA/compliance in trials; SQL relational databases a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for research technology tied to clinical trials.
• Oversee lifecycle management of research tech systems and ensure user adoption.
• Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and quality standards across systems.
• Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
• Manage the research technology budget and participate in RFP responses.
• Lead and coach a high-performing technology team and foster product ownership.
