Job summary

N-Power Medicine is seeking a Sr. Director, Clinical Research Operations to build and lead the full operating model for executing clinical research across our network practices.

You will oversee onsite CRS staff and regulatory operations to ensure compliant, efficient trial execution. In this remote leadership role you’ll design staffing, capacity planning, training infrastructure, dashboards, and performance metrics, aligning CRS and Clinical Operations with company strategy while mentoring

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in clinical research operations with oncology trial background.
• Proven success managing a distributed, multi-site workforce at scale.
• Experience building playbooks, SOPs, and KPI/reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define staffing, capacity planning and performance management for CRS and regulatory operations.
• Lead development of playbooks, SOPs and management cadence for distributed teams.
• Directly manage Clinical Operations, including study startup, TMF, site/IRB coordination.
• Build training infrastructure and dashboards for leadership visibility into performance.
• Partner with Network Operations to align priorities with broader strategy.
