UnitedHealth Group, through Optum, seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Product Growth to accelerate adoption, monetization, and market impact across the RCM portfolio. You will shape go‑to‑market approaches, pricing and packaging, and lifecycle growth motions.

The role translates product capabilities into growth outcomes by shaping go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle motions across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy and/or GTM with measurable impact.
• 5+ years leading a team and people management experience.
• Experience with provider revenue cycle workflows (inpatient/ambulatory).
• Experience collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive presentations and cross‑stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel periodically (roughly 25–40%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and growth execution across the RCM portfolio, driving adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention.
• Partner with Product Strategy, Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deliver coordinated market strategies and enablement.
• Translate product capabilities into commercial impact, including value propositions, ROI narratives, pricing, packaging, and sales motions.
• Drive launch excellence and lifecycle growth, ensuring strong market entry, enablement, and continuous optimization based on customer usage and performance.
• Establish a data-driven growth engine and operating model, defining metrics and aligning teams to revenue objectives.
• Lead product repositioning, future strategy, and market direction.
