Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a Senior Manager/Principal to drive Provider RCM solution growth and develop innovative capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with customers and internal teams to shape the future of our RCM solutions, translating insights into executive-ready narratives that influence pricing and contracting decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting, digital health, or provider-side revenue cycle strategy & operations.
• Deep, current command of the revenue cycle end to end: patient access, coding, charge capture, CDI, billing, claims adjudication, denials, and payer contracting/negotiations.
• Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level presentations and present to C-suite.
• Comfortable adopting AI tools to work faster and sharper.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver who can decompose ambiguity and form a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Business Development: identify, scope, and win new engagements; shape proposals and value-based pricing.
• Customer-Facing Partnerships: serve as trusted advisor to hospital and health system leaders; own engagements end to end.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to align outcomes and productization.
