Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a results-driven professional to drive enterprise Revenue Cycle Management transformation. You will coordinate across Operations, COEs, Product, IT, Analytics and Automation to standardize workflows and improve performance.

You will assess readiness, manage change, and monitor adoption while reducing operational variation and ensuring client commitments are met. This role offers remote work within the U.S. with some in-office requirements in certain markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Operations.
• 3+ years in Business Process Improvement, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Experience leading operational improvement, implementation, transformation, or standardization initiatives.
• Proven data and analytics experience to identify performance opportunities and support decisions.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM Performance Enablement initiatives across operating model, processes, technology, and performance improvement.
• Assess people, process, technology, workflow and readiness to support transformation activities.
• Partner with COEs to implement standardized workflows, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate implementation activities across leadership, Product, IT, Analytics and project teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk logs, action plans, and status reporting.
• Support readiness activities and change management during enterprise adoption.
