Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Senior Director of Pharmacy Analytics and Strategy to lead MAC pricing oversight, network pricing strategy, and complex financial modeling. The role supports reimbursement strategy, pricing execution, and analytics across client networks.

This remote position can influence pricing, innovation, and cost savings for clients across the Continental US. The ideal candidate will drive pricing insights, develop reports, and partner with cross-functional leadership to align pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Analytics including large data sets, MAC modeling, pharmacy/client network management & reporting and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy using business, industry, competitive, client and technical knowledge.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support network performance management.
• Generate financial models to reprice claims and calculate MAC pricing; identify data blends and reporting insights.
• Evaluate and monitor pharmacy contracted network pricing terms and advise on contract terms.
• Execute dynamic pricing strategies in response to market fluctuations.
• Provide MAC management support and recommendations for GER reconciliations.
• Develop analytics and processes for Brand Effective Management.
• Support client contracts with network guarantees and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Underwriting to optimize pricing and negotiation strategies.
• Lead and mentor supporting analysts; train on MAC/network pricing and processes.
• Identify network gaps and develop performance reports.
